Junior Posted February 6, 2003 Posted February 6, 2003 We are receiving a few help desk tickets without your log in and password information. Please note that you can increase our response time to your request if you list your user name and password. The help desk is on SSL, so you are on a secure server, so feel safe in entering that information. Also, please note that the user name and password is NOT your domain name (http://******), it is the actual user name and password that you use to log into your cPanel. Our goal is to provide the FASTEST customer response available, and providing complete information on the first help desk request will help us to provide you with the very BEST customer service available. Thanks again for using our services!
KevinW Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Anytime I suggest that someone should submit a help desk ticket, I remind them to include their userid and password. A suggestion: by default the help desk ticket form automatically preloads all the fields with the domain name. Perhaps someone can get that modified so that the userid and password fields are blank, but make them required fields. -kw
