boxfire Posted January 27, 2004 Posted January 27, 2004 I installed this script because this is the one suggest by Total Choice, but then I get this errror: The file /home/boxfire/public_html/realityblogs/class.UFMail.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed. But, I'm not sure its something I can install on my own...it says I need to contact the server administrator...so, I'm kinda confused. Justin Quote
stevevan Posted January 27, 2004 Posted January 27, 2004 Sorry I don't have an answer for you. But, if you go here, you may get find the answer you're looking for. This URL belongs to the TCH family member who wrote the script, and would be able to provide you with the expert advice you need. Hope this helps a little! Quote
natimage Posted January 27, 2004 Posted January 27, 2004 (edited) Boxfire...when you uploaded the files to your server, did you upload in binary mode? I know that you absolutely MUST upload the files in binary mode! Also...was it version 2.5 that you downloaded? I've downloaded this script but have yet to run it (long story). But I think the Ioncube PHP loader should have been all bundled up with your download. Jack will be able to help you in his forum, though, I'm sure. (The link posted by stevevan!) boxfire Posted January 27, 2004 Author Posted January 27, 2004 yeah...I did upload them in binary mode...but I'm going to re upload again...so, this thing it's telling me to download, is something I can upload to the server myself? Because it came with a directory under that name, but it's telling me it can't decode the directory...I'll keep trying...thanks :-) Justin Quote
borfast Posted January 27, 2004 Posted January 27, 2004 (edited) Justin, you must go to ioncube.com and download the ioncube loader. Here's the link: http://www.ioncube.com/loader_download.php If I recall correctly, you just need to unzip the file and upload the "ioncube" directory to your public_html directory. But read the README file that comes in the package. The guys at IonCube should have thought of a more informative message to put in their enconder Edited January 27, 2004 by TCH-Raul Quote
surefire Posted January 27, 2004 Posted January 27, 2004 As stated earlier, there is a support forum set up specifically for this code and I answer ever question posted to it. The link to the forum was already posted, but you can also find the link in the readme of the files you downloaded (along with instructions) Quote
KevinW Posted January 29, 2004 Posted January 29, 2004 I've updated the TCH Help Web site to indicate that version 2.5 is now available. Click here to see -kw Quote
