How do I Open tar.cz Folders

Hi,

I downloaded a few new themes for a PHP Nuke site I have that are in tar.cz folders. How do I open them?

I just used winzip to extract them on my computer. You can let file manager do it too if you wish.

OK, no wonder. I have Win XP Home...I'll download WinZip.
