If you were recently on the forum you would have seen that I had requested a perl module to be installed. Althought the reply was a little slow, once I put in a ticket at the help desk I only had to wait a few hours to be able to moblog onto my mt blog ! At first when I started with TCH I was a bit confused with the billion services that catch the eye when u log into cpanel. I was with another hosting service ( I use the term loosely) and the down time and support was horrid. Rich and Andy were a great help over the holiday (and even on Christmas day). I'm sold.
