Multiple Phpbb Creation Error.

Hi again.

 

I have a (PhPBB) forum at /forum.

 

If I try to install a second forum at /forum2 it corrupts the password on the first forum (bringing the entire first forum down along with it!) and then I have to wait for the support team to recreate my account.

 

Also, when I go to the new forum locations nothing appears as if there is no such page.

 

What's going on here? Am I not allowed to have two (or more) forums? Is there a way I can reset my password without having to raise a helpdesk ticket?
