I will be moving my service and plan to move right here to TCH. You guys come highly recomended! I have a couple of questions... I am interested in purchasing a yearly plan. I was going to purchase the lowest plan, but it's possible that within say 8 or 9 months, I will need the extra storage offered by the next level. How would i go about upgrading my plan for the remianing 4 months? Would I still get my last month free? Do your email servers offer Secure Password Authentication? THis isn't a deal breaker, but it'd be a big plus if they did! Quote

When you decide to upgrade to a higher plan I believe they work with the amount left into the plan you are going to upgrade to. Just submit a helpdesk ticket when you are ready to move up and they will walk you through the process. Though I will leave this to billing to be sure. As far as I am aware there is no SPA with the e-mail. Sorry it isnt 100% on the answer but I also didnt want you to feel as if we had forgotten about your post. Quote
