Web Design For Newbies

I am having a horrid time striving to get a site built. As I noted in another post my son was striving to build my site with Dreamweaver, however his school load is such that it could be summer by the time he get's something in place. Mad!!!

 

I know that there have to be some applications or sites out there where one can obtain easy to work with tools to build a site. Of course, mine will be a bit harder then most as I need it to be an EC site.

 

All input needed ASAP.
