Large Form/saving For Later

Is it possible (and if so how) to create a form that the user can save and come back to later. I will be creating a form with close to 50 hand typed answers and the users will not be able to do this in one sitting.

 

I would also like to know if it is possible to incorporate the "final" answers into a Word document similar to a mail merge function.

 

I would need it setup for multiple users.

 

Then last but not least have that Word document mailed to "me".

Hmm, I dunno any scripts or forums that would do this right off hand. You might try searching on hotscripts.com though and see what you can come up with.
