Adding New Table To Mysql Database

Hi,

 

I am trying to add a new table to one of my mysql databases. When I go to save the structure a page that looks like it is being added quickly shows and disapeers and I then get a 'This page can not be displayed error'. I've tried to add it a couple of times and the same thing keeps happening.
