Initial Ftp Accounts

Hi,

in CPanel the FTP Account Maintenance section contains the following main account entry among others:

ftp@*mydomainname*

Replace *mydomainname* by the domain name.

If I use the user ftp@*mydomainname* and try to login with my CPanel password the login is refused. What is this account for? What is its password?

This mainly has to do with the setup of ftp on your plan. I wouldn't mess with it.

I just want to make sure that it is safe against intruders. How can I do that?
