Uninstalling Front Page Extensions

I would really like to un-install these extensions as I don't use Frontpage. I just don't like that htaccess warning. I haven't uploaded anything of value to my site yet, can I just go ahead and un-install them or are there extra steps I must take with this htaccess file, Thank you Pickleweed

Yes, if you haven't set any forwards, hotlining protection, password protection etc - then just go ahead and remove them.
