simplyjond Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Hi Guys, not sure if this is strictly a pre-sales question since I have a site up and running already, but I couldn't figure out where else to put this question. I joined TCH in August and elected to pay monthly using my PayPal account. The charges are going thru fine - August and September were charged and paid so no problems there. I just wondered how I get TCH invoices for my financial records? I thought they might come by e-mail but I don't seem to have received any yet. I know the values are not high and I hate to be a bother, but I am planning further sites (all to be hosted by TCH when I'm ready to launch them) and the lack of paperwork could prove an issue for tax etc. purposes. thanks.
