Phpmyadmin Database Not Visible

Using cPanel > phpMyAdmin to list databases and then tables of one specific database - it is listed as a database but it contains no tables. Why?

 

The website displays with Twentytwevle-child theme (no alterations as yet). WordPress 4.6.1 admin dashboard sees everything it should and is able to edit as per normal.

 

Why is the database empty?
