Aol Bounce Back

I have a client that I email regularly, and every time I send an email I gets bounced back.

 

host mailin-04.mx.aol.com [64.12.91.196]

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:

554- (RTR:BL) https://postmaster.aol.com/error-codes#554rtrbl

554 Connecting IP: 208.76.81.79

 

I've tried to connect with AOL and opened a ticket with them, but they're telling me my IP isn't blocked.

 

Thought son how to correct?
