clemrick Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 My site is currently set up on Drupal. Before that I had WordPress. Before that I had pages that I coded. I would like to delete everything, but not my mail accounts, and start over again. Can I just delete everything in the /public_html folder? I will also delete the databases. This will leave my email accounts alone, won't it? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Welcome to the forum, clemrick. You can delete everything in public_html except for the directories "cgi-bin" and "images". If you are unsure on what else to delete you can always open a ticket and ask the techs. Link in my signature. Quote

clemrick Posted February 11, 2014 Author Posted February 11, 2014 Thanks, I did that. You can delete everything in public_html except for the directories "cgi-bin" and "images". I didn't see those directories. A folder names "sites" and the .htaccess file are the only things that remained. I also tried to delete two other directories from the home directory and they won't go away. One is a backup I created last July and the other is a directory I made for a couple files I wanted to hold on to until I decided to delete or not. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these? Quote
shoes Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 You can also submit a ticket and they will redo your entire account for you. They did this for me and it was like being born again clean and sin free. 1 Quote
