Should this work or not? ---

1. I made a backup of domain A with the cPanel full backup method, then downloaded it to my home computer.

2. I went to nearly-empty domain B and tried a "Restore Home Backup" with my domain A .gz file.

3. The file appears to have uploaded fine, except it did not decompress or restore anything and the .gz file has gone missing, except its size still shows on my quota.

4. Actually I tried twice, now domain B is nearly full, but I can't find the .gz files anywhere in domain B with file manager, ftp program, or anything.

Was this a completely ill-advised way of copying one domain's contents to another? I am sure beginning to think so.... <_<

Any thoughts??
