Double Ordered

Since the help desk ticket requires a Cpanel ID and I have yet to receive one,

so I post this question here.

 

I first attempted to create account with domain name plh.org and the system

told me that it is available, but after the order submitted and before I enter

the credit card info, the domain register service of TCH told me that it's been

taken. Then I submitted another order with domain name projectlivehina.org and

completed the entire process, and the domain name is successfully registered.

 

Now I got two email from account@totalchoicehosting.com regarding the orders,

Invoice ID: 8228 for plh.org and 8229 for projectlivehina.org

Could it be confirmed that I won't be billed for the plh.org order? Thank you.

yeah that's only the invoice. That happened to me as well, only follow the link in the email with the account that you want to pay for (and activate) Rock Sign
