Madman! Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 I'm not really sure if this belongs here I ordered the silver plan from TCH yesterday about noon. I thought that when I just wrote my domain name down that it would register it, I see I have to get a domain name now. I got the email with my TCH name and password I don't know if that means it totally activated. When I go to register my domain name from the front page of TCH I go through the steps to the part it asks if I already have account with TCH and when I put my password in it say there is no account. Do I just have to wait? and is my account been totally activated since I recieved the email or do I still have to wait some more? hopefully people can understand what I'm saying. thanks in advance. TCH-Sales Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 Not a problem Madman! It sounds like you have already gotten your welcome email, so all you need to do is register your domain name. For safety sake, when you get to the part about already having an account, just skip over where it asks you to login, and fill out your information bellow. This way we'll be sure there are no problems with your signing up. Then once your domain name is registered, it will take 24-72 hours for propigation then you should be set! Now since I went through TCH getting it Do I have to do that DNS stuff to change it to my new domain or will it do it automatically? then I still have to wait another 24hrs for it to change to the new one?
