chadf Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 TCH is the first hosting company that I've used and I am very pleased with my experience so far. I've had few problems and the problems I have had have been quickly addressed. I have also learned a WHOLE lot by keeping up with the forums. My site design skills have improved immensely due to all the great advice given on the forums. It's wonderful to have a place where you can always go to get an answer (or at least get pointed in the right direction). I am very surprised when I read a negative comment about TCH because I can't imagine a better hosting experience. I wouldn't call hosting a web site a "simple" thing to do, and I think there are some who have unrealistic expectations. I feel very fortunate to have "stumbled" upon TCH, and I appreciate the staff and the "family" that I've found here. Quote
