weiser Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Hi TCH friends I want to create an e-mail address that "contains" 5 other e-mail addresses. So when a person sends an e-mail to "xyz@...." this message is sent to all 5 users that belong to this "xyz" group. Should I use "mailing lists"? Is there another TCH tool to control this? Thanks!!!!! Sergio Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Hi Sergio, no you do not need to set up a mailing list to get what you want. Just use the Forwarders function. You will find this function in the Mail section of your Control Panel. Set up 5 forwards for the xyz@... email address. This address does not have to be an actual email account but the addresses you forward that address to should be. You can create as many forwards as you need to get the job done. For instance I have a business web site hosted here and have a forward set up for sales@mydomain.ext. That forward is set up to redirect email to 3 sales people for our company. Quote
