How To Schedule And Save Daily Database Backups?

Hello All,

 

I have a problem with one of my databases --for whatever reason some of the entires in one table is getting deleted on a regular basis. I would like to know if it is possible to create and SAVE daily backups of my database...

 

I now how to download a copy of any of my databases, but I need an automatic process that will save the databases to my website home directory (or any other place in the web site) on a daily basis.

 

Any hep would be greatly appreciated.
