TheMovieman Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 (edited) Hey, Anyone know if there's something wrong with the e-mail log in for either Horde or SquirrelMail? I can only access my site e-mails via Round Cube... Problem with that one is, when I try and delete any messages it tells me the message could not be moved... TCH-Bruce Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Not aware of any issues, please open a ticket with the help desk and I'm sure they'll look into it for you. Quote
TheMovieman Posted August 4, 2009 Author Posted August 4, 2009 Well, apparently the servers for both Horde and Squirrel are fine yet I still cannot get either to load. They suggested contacting my ISP but that wasn't much help ("I have checked your DSL line and do not see any line errors or issues that should cause any connection problems"). Anyone encounter a problem like this (generally, not for this necessarily). BTW, I did clear my internet cache. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Sorry your having problems. Have you tried another browser? I don't use either of those webmail options. I use Thunderbird for my email. Quote
TheMovieman Posted August 4, 2009 Author Posted August 4, 2009 (edited) Yeah, I tried both Firefox, IE and MSN Explorer. Are there other programs I can use to check those e-mail addresses? Does Thunderbird work with e-mails for my website? Edited August 4, 2009 by TheMovieman Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 What do you mean does Thunderbird work with email for your website? If you have it sending to an email address for you domain, Thunderbird can retrieve. Thunderbird is an email client like Outlook and Outlook Express. You will have to set up accounts in Thunderbird but yes, it can grab your email. Quote
TheMovieman Posted August 4, 2009 Author Posted August 4, 2009 Ok, I installed it. Haven't really dealt with Outlook or anything, when it asks for the server name and all that info, not sure what to put (Incoming Server, Outgoing Server). This option is much easier for me but not sure how it works. Quote
TheMovieman Posted August 4, 2009 Author Posted August 4, 2009 Perfect! Thanks so much. Much better anyway so I can keep an eye on all my e-mails at once. Quote
