Lookin For A Good Referal Script

I've been lookin all over for a referal script that I can put in my site (including the phpbb overall header).

 

It needs to:

open a popup with multiple address inputs

send a link for my homepage (duh)

allow you to add a message

 

I'd really like it to:

use your default email if its possible to inject text into the body (anybody know that trick?)

or else just use your address book (even though I doubt that's possible without using the default email)

Be able to insert a graphic into the text field

 

Could anybody point me in the right direction or maybe already have a script like that?
