Vista Error

Has anyone had any experience or run-ins with an error that says:

 

" bad pool caller " ?

 

This has happened on my daughters dell laptop with vista.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I told her to watch for the error number code, aside from that I have never run into that error.

I made a google search on this and it seems it can happen due to various things, bad usb, a pgp program that isn´t compatible, an out dated driver...list was long.

 

Does this happen at any specific moments?

That's what I found too, actually.

 

so I told her to get the error number next time it happens.

 

she's a couple hours away going to law school so I will just have to wait

 

until she gets that number.
