Extreme Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 Where in the cPanel can i find the stats of the site? Things like... the detail of how many people each day how many hits on the main site which part of the main site gets the most visits etc... Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 Check under the Logs section. Select AwStats. Or you can download the raw logs and process them on your own computer. Quote
Extreme Posted November 9, 2008 Author Posted November 9, 2008 excellent. just what he was looking for Quote
Extreme Posted November 9, 2008 Author Posted November 9, 2008 hmmm...i have them just fine on my dedicated server, but on the shared one i work with on, its not the same. Awstats is not in the main menu as it is on my cPanel and when you enter the log programs, it says this. Choose Log ProgramsThis function allows you to choose what stats programs you will use when viewing site statistics, if you are allowed to do so. = Stats program is locked out by administrator. I dont quite understand how to "process" the raw data on my computer. Is there not a awstats on shared cPanel servers like there is on a dedicated server? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 AwStats is on all servers. If you aren't seeing it in you cPanel please open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to look into it. Quote
