Domain Purchased: When Do I Purchase A Hosting Plan?

Hello.

 

I've had a domain hosted by TCH for a few years, but honestly don't remember the procedure for purchasing a new plan.

 

I just need a very brief refresher course, please. I purchased a second domain around midnight, and got an e-mail saying:

 

Congratulations! Your registration request for the domain name(s) below

was successful.

 

So...do I have to wait 24-72 hours for the domain name to propagate, before purchasing a plan for this second domain, or can I do it immediately?

 

If I can do it immediately, do I just select the plan and provide the domain name?

You can purchase the hosting plan immediately after registering the domain name - just select the hosting plan you opt with the new domain name.Then your domain name should propagated when the hosting plan is activated
