Question About Hosts And Viruses

Hi All

 

I am wondering if most web hosts scan their servers on a regular basis for viruses. The reason I am asking because a site I frequent has a virus on a file and the admin of that site does not think it is there. My computer at home and work both detect the virus so I think the treat is real. I have warned them of its existence. Can they have the host check that out.

I would say that if the admin of that site is a caring admin (for his visitors) he should take it seriously and check his account/files and fix it.
