Blue Line Appears In Ie7

I've had this happen on a machine once before, but I don't remember how I fixed it. On my home computer last night, I noticed there was a light blue line that stretched from one side to the other just above the page itself, right under the tabs and menu area. It's been on there before. We are using IE7. Any idea?
