I know there has been some talk about forms and the security thereof in the past,

but what's the safest and best form we are allowed to use here?

We cannot offer suggestions on a secure form processor. If we did and it became unsecure and you were suspended you would say, "but you said..."

 

Best we can offer is to search hotscripts.com and find something that is safe for use.

I noticed a place called sitewizard that has a place for you to plug in what you want and they make the php code.

 

Is that something I would be allowed to use? If so, where would I upload the php file to?

You are allowed to use any scripts. Just be aware if it is used to send spam you will be suspended.

 

Usually the php files reside in your public_html folder but you can place them anywhere.
