Two Questions

Hi

 

Question one is when I go into "Backups" in cPanel I see under "Vidio Tutorial" the messahe "Backup Not Enabled", what does this mean, I seem to be able to do my normal Backups.

 

Question two, deals with Hordy Mail and one of my mail accounts, I am not able to delete a folder in one of my accounts, the folder is subscribed to as it was in another account but I can't get this folder to be deleted, keep getting message that the folder does not exist or needs to be subscribed too. The folder is subscribed too. HELP
