One Of My Sites Loads Slow

Hi,

one of my TCH sites loads pretty slow-

http://www.sixshootercinema.com

 

That URL forwards to:

http://www.sixshootercinema.com/catalog where I use ZenCart.

 

I do the same thing on another TCH site, but it loads pretty fast.

Any ideas?

It loaded in about 3 seconds for me here in Sweden.

The same for me ( about 3 seconds) from the UK.

 

You could optimise your graphics ( the two headers) and the CSS if you want to speed things up a little from the loading viewpoint.

 

Are the other sites you are trying in the same location ( data centre ) ? If not, then there could be a routing issue for you.

Loads almost instantly from Ohio.

Hmmmm,

It still takes around 10 seconds to start loading for me. Once it starts, it loads nearly instantly.

This is my other site hosted by TCH:

It always loads quickly for me. I don't know if the two are hosted at the same place.

I am glad it is loading fast for you guys- I hope it is ok for most people.

yammeringmagpie.com is hosted on TCH Data center, where sixshootercinema.com on our partner data center. So, both of them are on 2 different locations.

 

Both sites are working fine for me, even though I am having a local network issue

 

If you still having same problems, it could be a routing issues as Andy stated before. Traceroute result to both of the domains from your local machine will show if there is routing issues.
