Ftp Difficulties

All details finally taken care of, everything jelled, this morning I accessed FTP successfully for the first time, and have been working to get Planetary Stories -- planetarystories.com -- back online. Loaded saved files from old site. Moved 'em to www side of FTP. Things were going fine -- and now, abruptly, can't activate FTP! It all happened after I clicked Save Password and Save Configuration. But then I blanked those, signed in fresh, and still couldn't connect.

You may want to open a ticket with the help desk (link at top of page and in my sig). If you had too many bad attempts at logging in you may have been blocked.
