I need to change a field length/value in an existing DB table from 255 to 1000. I changed the 'type' from CHAR to BLOB and I get the following :

Can't create table './lyricsp_oursearch/#sql-b35_107adf.frm' (errno: 140)

 

This is definately not one of my strong points. Help? Please? :)
