It was a rocky start probably because that's what I expected I have to say in the short time I've been around, I am blown away. woooot You guys *know* what you're doing and doing it pretty darn Good! I'm the type who usually will read every FAQ, documentation, help area...whatever...and sometimes I just can't find the answer. Sometimes I'm not even sure I know the question The last resort is suppose to be the helpdesk...and sometimes I get frustrated looking and get on over there...well today was one of those days and Rick was SO prompt with a reply ... and i felt a bit stupid reading it something I should have figured out...it was too easy...SO...I wanted to say thanks for putting up with us who seem to make your life harder than it should be We don't mean to!
