Lianna Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 The Paypal Virtual card: Go to your Paypal account and login Click the Withdraw tab Click the option, "Shop online with Paypal Virtual Card" Read and do it. It's a handy little feature. It creates a credit card number for you to use during checkout on whatever site that you want. It is actually a debit from your existing Paypal balance. L Quote
