E-mail Question For A Friend

Hi

 

I have a friend that is not very satisfied with his current domain host, mostly because of lost e-mail. He was wondering how we can attest to the fact that he will have no problems with mail lost if he uses TCH as a host. I have been a user for around three years and I can say that I have not had any problems with lost mail. I do get a lot of spam but spam assassin takes care of most of it.

 

Any one else got any comments about this.

Other than user testimony I don't think there is anything else that could be said.

 

I too have been a customer here for years and have never lost any email except when the server I was on died and the current backups were corrupt. That was several years ago and the backup process has changed so much over the years.
