sramanathan Posted October 19, 2007 Posted October 19, 2007 I wish to acknowledge the excellent service and responsiveness I received this evening from Dick DeVance, Assistant General Manager at TCH. Here's the quick background story...my partner, Elise Bauer (separate post), was the credit card holder for our TCH account when her card was recently stolen. She awaited a notification from TCH at which point she'd hoped to transfer the account to me, the business owner. She never received one nor TCH did get the reply they needed to ensure continued service. This very unfortunate gap in communication resulted in account suspension. This evening, Dick worked late to manually transfer the account to my name and accepted my credit card. Email flow and the website are both restored, and I can again attend to our important client business at hand. Again, I thank Dick for his assistance and am very pleased to see such committed leadership at the top of TCH mgmt! Quote
