I have several clients on Total Choice Hosting. In the past I always just went to www.domainname.com/stats to see the statistics report. Now I get nothing on all accounts. What happened?

How do I access the stats without going through Cpanel?

More importantly, how do I have my clients access stats withouth using cpanel?

thanks.

Hmm, I thought I remember the stats just always being there automatically, with no configuration.

Anyway.

I'm trying to install this script and it's not working. I keep getting prompt for username and password and after 3 attemps it fails "Authorization Required".

I have tried it on several accounts with different domains, usernames and passwords. Always the same result. Failure. Even the same result when I try using Firefox. I've checked and rechecked usernames and passwords.

Any ideas?

I'm able to access the stats at http://****:2082/awstats.pl Then it prompts for cpanel username and password and works the first time. Do you see any problem with giving this address to clients to retrieve stats?

Thanks for your help.
