Mailman is preinstalled for all accounts and additional mailing list scripts can be installed in the account. If you are planning to host a larger mailing list, I would recommend using PHPList as it has finer tuned controls for handling mail. This is especially important since the mail server has limits on a per hour / per minute basis. Quote
