Samrc Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Contacted support and asked them to adjust something for me. Marked it as low priority. Needed to be done but not a CRITICAL issue. Within minutes it was resolved and working fine! Over the years, you expect deterioration of service as companies get complacent. But I have not found that with TCH! The opposite seems to be true here. It seems that response times have gotten faster. Thanks for the amazingly prompt assistance!!!
