Fantastico Disabled?

When I try to access Fantastico it says that it has been disabled. I've tried logging out and logging back in but beyond that I am clueless.

 

This situation only exists on my trinitywilloughby.org site. my krainz.us fantastico is working just fine.

 

Is this a temporary situation or do I have some other issue? Thanks for the help.

It should be enabled - open a ticket at the help desk ( link at the top of the page) and we'll take a look.
