LeeGoldsmith Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Hi All I just installed phpList with fantastico and this all worked fine, I set up an admin user and password. When I try to login to the admin area it says invalid password. So I said to myself you must have the password wrong so I had phpList send me the password, it was what I thought it was but it does not work. Has anyone else seen this and can you give me some idea where to go to fix this. Lee Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Since you just installed it why not try uninstalling it and then intall it again and see if it still happens. If it does please open a ticket with the help desk and ask the techs to have a look. Others have installed with no issues. Quote

TCH-Bruce Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Clear your cache. If you're using Firefox try IE. If you're using IE try Firefox. If they can access it you should be able to as well. Quote
