rede Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Hello, Anyone can please reccomend me a way to convert Publisher files to PDF? I already searched on Google for some pdf creation and conversion tools, but of what I found so far none of them can convert from Publisher. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Welcome to the forums rede If you can print from Publisher you can convert to PDF using a PDF writer app which installs a PDF printer to your machine. Quote
TCH-James Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 An excellent print to PDF program is PDF Creator. It's free of charge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ Quote
rede Posted May 12, 2007 Author Posted May 12, 2007 (edited) Thank you very much for your helpful suggestions! I tried PrimoPDF but for some reason it did not worked properly on my computer... very weird, I uninstalled and installed it several times... I wouldn't like to use aditional software like ghostscript. CutePDF used it and despite the program was ok, it didn't fulfill my needs.I also found PDF Factory Pro ( pdffactory.com ) and PDF Writer Pro ( amicutilities.com/pdf-writer ) which look very good.. the first one looks like a very popular software and the other has very good compression for the same quality. If you have any suggestions please let me know.. Edited May 12, 2007 by TCH-Thomas Deactivated the link Quote
knate5000 Posted May 12, 2007 Posted May 12, 2007 I've had good luck using pdfonline.com It does more than just publisher files. They also have print drivers you can purchase. Quote
