I have set up several websites for clients using TotalChoice Hosting. I choose not to profit from the hosting costs, so I used my client's credit cards so they would be billed directly. All of these hosting packages are in my one account using my email address.

Much to my surprise, I started being billed for my clients websites on my credit card earlier this year. I come to find out through a help ticket that you can use any credit card for the first payment, but then it defaults to the main account credit card for future payments. This information would have been nice to know up front.

I was then told that I cannot use multiple credit cards with one email address, which is odd since TotalChoice's domain service allows me to do this with no problem. So I'm instructed to transfer all of these hosting packages to new accounts with separate email addresses in order to have them billed to separate cards. I'm still suffering through the painful process of doing this.

So my question is why don't you allow people to use separate credit cards under one account?
