OJB Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Hey guys, A few days ago I installed a new script on my site (well, upgraded an old script to the latest version) and during testing I tested it on IE and firefox and had absolutely no issues with it myself. (I am using the most up-to-date version of Firefox 2.0.0.3) So today I decided to unleash it on a few people to get their reactions and one person cannot access the site in FF (but can in IE). He too is using FF 2.0.0.3 but he gets the following error: The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. I looked this up on some pages and saw it may be a cookie issue, so I got the member to add my site (the specific subdomain too) to his always accept cookie list, this did not solve anything. I also read somewhere that it can be a .htaccess issue, but I don't know the first thing about configuring .htaccess files and what it all means so has anyone else experienced this issue or know how it can be resolved???? Cheers, OJB Quote
