Cgi Counter Is Missing Now

I had a counter on one of my web pages (hosted on a different domain) that had a count up around 46,000+. Today I looked at the counter and where it "was" says,

 

Counter datafile "/var/cpanel/Counters/myusername.dat" must be created in cpanel first!

 

What happened to my counter? Would it have something to do with the change in my shared IP for my TCH site this week? Thanks.
