rnmcd Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 Last week I had about 10 sent messages in my SquirrelMail "SENT" folder. They were not there tonight. Is there a setting that cleans out the Sent folder after a specified amount of time? Quote
rnmcd Posted December 23, 2006 Author Posted December 23, 2006 I just noticed that all the SENT folders for all of the sites hosted in my reseller account are empty. Oh nuts. Quote
Madmanmcp Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 (edited) Yes, something has changed with my SquirrelMail also. I had two subfolders defined in which I stored the years worth of emails for the previous two years...these are now gone. The SPAM folder is also missing. I really hope they can recover these folders since I would hate to lose those old emails. We should probably submit a help desk ticket. <ticket submitted> Edited December 23, 2006 by Madmanmcp Quote

Did you ask them to restore to a certain date? Quote
TCH-Andy Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 There is a bug in sqmail - we are looking into it. The data is generally still there - you can check it by logging into Horde - just sqmail is not seeing the folders properly. Open a ticket and we'll have a look at it, give us a little while to sort out the bug fix though Quote

Madmanmcp Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 My folders have returned after my ticket was worked on. The "bug" either fixed itself or whatever was causing the bug was corrected. If you are still having a problem submit a help desk ticket. Quote

TCH-Andy Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 Yes, we have it worked out - it was a cpanel update that was changing some of the set-up parameters. Cpanel are also correcting the issue in their next updates. Quote
