TCH-Bruce Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Welcome to the forums Matt The stats program uses a lot of resources on a server so sometimes it gets turned off if loads are high but usually it gets turned back on. Sometimes it gets missed. Please open a ticket with the help desk to have them restart the service. The logs will still be written to when the stats program is not running so you will not lose any information. When the logs are processed all your data will be updated. Quote
