Email Abuse

Our website was recently shutdown for reasons of "email abuse" (iaconline.com)

 

What the heck does this mean and how can we fix this? My company needs our email ASAP!

It usually means an insecure script, or spamming or something.

 

You will be emailed if this occurs (which is what has happened in your case).

You need to follow it up through the help desk, and please give them a little while to complete their investigations, so it isn't as quick as the tech support help desk where we would usually get everything dealt within in under 30 mins.
