designbydemeter Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Hi - this question feels sooo lame. I'm building a new site and uploaded all the files and voila! Still getting the CPanel/Apache place holder. Everything is under public_html, and I have a file called index.html. Any thoughts? Thanks! Quote
TCH-Andy Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 If you are still getting the Cpanel / Apache place holder, then for some reason the server is not displaying the files for your site... open a ticket at the help desk (link at top of page) and we'll give it a kick for you Quote
nortk Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 It could be that the old placeholder has a name such as index.htm, but that your file is index.html. It has to choose one or the other. You might check for that and, if necessary, delete it. Quote
designbydemeter Posted November 4, 2006 Author Posted November 4, 2006 Thanks so much for your quick responses. Yeah, I checked for another .thm file and can't find it, so I put a ticket in. Thanks again, Laura Quote
